NOTICE OF MEETING

Pursuant to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, notice is hereby given that the Waimate District Council held an Extra Ordinary Council Meeting for the purpose of Annual Plan Submission Hearings & Decision Making at the Local Government Centre, Queen Street, Waimate on Tuesday 7 May 9-10am.  The meeting was not advertised formally but was conveyed to the public through various media.
