Community Grants Fund
The fund is open to all organisations not qualifying for funding under Council Sports Fund, SPARC Rural Travel Fund and Creative New Zealand Fund.
Currently funded at $10,000 per annum.
Applications are called for in February of each year.

Creative Communities New Zealand Scheme
The Creative Communities NZ Arts Funding Scheme provides funding for individuals and organisations for arts and cultural activities within the Waimate District.
Currently funded at $9,261 per annum.
Applications are called for in September and April of each year.

Heritage Fund
The fund is open to organisations and individuals who undertake heritage preservation and enhancement projects.
Currently funded at $5,000 per annum.
Applications are open throughout the year.

Sparc Rural Travel Fund
The purpose of the fund is to provide a travel subsidy for sporting clubs and schools competing in local sports competitions.
Currently funded at $9,500 per annum.
Applications are called for in October and March of each year.

The Sports Fund assists with grants for club initiatives, equipment purchase, training programmes, judge's expenses, etc.
