Asset Management Plans

The Council maintains some $200M of public infrastructure and property assets in order to provide services to the community.  These assets include rural and urban water supply schemes, urban sewerage and stormwater reticulation and roads, streets and bridges.

Asset Management Plans have a 10 year planning horizon and are key documents for managing these assets.  They set out the development, renewal and operational programmes and the expenditure required to achieve the defined levels of service for the current and expected growth patterns.
