Report issues instantly to Waimate District Council from a smart phone.
The app works by identifying the location the photo is taken using the mobile phone's GPS data. It sends an email to the Council from the users email address, including the incident type, notes, address of incident, photo, and users contact details. The report is then allocated to the relevant Council department.

Requests can continue to be lodged by completing the online forms Report an Issue/Fix-it Request or Contact Us/Feedback, calling Council on 03 689 0000, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or visiting Council Offices to provide feedback to Council.
