Victoria Park set in 17 acres in the heart of Waimate is the ideal spot to explore the town, region and all it has to offer. Within easy walking distance are shops, restaurants and swimming pool while a short drive will take you to the many walks surrounding the town.
The Park itself features superb garden settings, animal enclosures, tennis courts, cycling oval and playground.

KNOTTINGLEY PARK – Waihao Back Road, Waimate
Knottingley Park is set in a magnificent 36ha park of old exotic tress in a peaceful setting, 2km from Waimate. It is often described as a ‘hidden jewel’ by those who unexpectantly stumble upon it. The park also has a small playground and BBQ facilities.
