Road Closure - Poingdestres Road (ongoing)

The closure of Poingdestres Road Bridge is going to continue and be ongoing for quite some time. Bridge assessments, reports, and costings are still being carried out.

The Poingdestres Road bridge is still closed and will be for a number of months.

6 June 2023

Poingdestres Road will be closed to all traffic from today until further notice due to damage to several wooden piles of the Poingdestres Road Bridge. The road will be closed at the Hannaton Road and Poingdestres Road intersection.
