AFTER HOURS ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER

Do you have a farming background and a desire for additional income?

An opportunity exists at the Waimate District Council for a person to join our rostered team of animal management staff to provide on-call cover, mainly for week nights and weekends.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Be safety conscious and energetic
• Willing to take responsibility and work independently
• Proven experience with livestock and dogs
