Boil Water Notice - Hook Waituna Rural Water Scheme

To Hook-Waituna Rural Water Scheme consumers

The Waimate District Council is advising all Hook-Waituna Rural Water Scheme consumers to boil all drinking water.

This is due to a chlorination failure of the water supply.

Council advises a rolling boil of at least a minute for all water used for drinking, food preparation, and personal use, such as cleaning teeth, until further notice.

Please also inform all staff, tenants and visitors on your property of this notice.
