Local Elections 2025 - Final Results

We thank everyone who put their hand up to represent our district and a bigger thank you to everyone who voted. The voter return was 53.21%, being 2,954 votes.

Over the next week, elected members will commence training and get ready for their swearing in ceremony on Tuesday 28 October at the Waimate Event Centre (15 Paul Street), starting at 1pm. Members of the public are invited to be part of the event.
