Waimate District Council invites tenders for the lease of 2.22 hectares (more or less) of land situated at 41 Park Road described as Part SUB SEC 28-29 TN WAIMATE being the fenced off area. House and sheds are not included.
All property and tender information is available from the Waimate District Council offices during office hours or by email to property@waimatedc.govt.nz.
Tenders to be in a sealed envelope, endorsed ‘Tender for Land’ and lodged no later than 4pm on Monday 19 October 2026 at Waimate District Council offices, 125 Queen Street, Waimate 7924.
The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
